Shipping Policy – Super Fancy Collection (SFC)

At Super Fancy Collection (SFC), we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.

Stock Availability & Payment Authorization

All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment authorization. SFC reserves the right to cancel or delay any order if payment verification fails or an item is out of stock.

Delivery Charges

A flat delivery fee of Rs.250 is applied to all orders across Pakistan unless stated otherwise during promotions.

Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different locations. In such cases, delivery times may vary, but you will receive all items from the same order.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days, provided that a complete and valid delivery address is supplied at checkout.
Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, courier issues, or force majeure events.

Weekend & Public Holiday Dispatch

Orders are not dispatched on weekends, gazetted holidays, or outside normal business hours.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

• Full payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery.

• Orders will not be handed over without complete payment.

Delivery Confirmation

A signature or confirmation may be required at the time of delivery to acknowledge receipt of the order.
